Information We Collect
When you submit the Surgical Access Request form, we collect your name, professional email address, entity classification, and AUM category. We do not collect personal financial data, browsing behaviour analytics, or any data beyond what is explicitly submitted.
How We Use Your Information
Submitted data is used solely for entity verification and NDA preparation. Your information is processed by our compliance desk and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for unsolicited marketing.
Data Storage & Security
All access request data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure provided by our hosting partner. Access is restricted to authorised LeoQuant compliance personnel. Data retention follows a 24-month rolling window, after which inactive records are purged.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your submitted data at any time by contacting compliance@leoquant.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 business days.
Cookies & Tracking
This website uses sessionStorage for functional purposes (e.g., controlling introductory animations). We do not deploy third-party tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels.
